The Vectra H1 is not a laser but rather a photographic system employed in the realization of 3D images of the face. It is possible to get a perfect 3D reconstruction of the face by shooting the face three times from three different angles (using laser pointers). The images are in HD and they allow accurate computation of the volume of the face using its surface. The rotation of the image consents the identification of any sort of flaw and helps planning out possible treatments. Additionally, the software allows comparing the images before and after the treatment in order to see where the volumes have been adjusted and what superficial modifications have been applied.
